GROUP FITNESS

Whether you're just starting out and want a taste of what my 1:1 training is like or looking for a change to your current routine, my outdoor workouts that will leave you feeling awake and refreshed.

These classes are held twice a week for 6 weeks and are perfect for all ages and skill levels.

Join me for a variety of fun and effective workouts, with a mix of cardio and resistance training, followed by stretching to cool down, there is no better way to start/end your day. 

No fancy equipment needed – just you, your mat and drink bottle.
